UX Strategy Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced UX Strategy Lead to define and implement user experience strategies across our products and platforms. This role requires a unique blend of design thinking, strategic planning, and technical proficiency in UX and AI-driven analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UX leadership and a deep understanding of designing seamless digital experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Define and implement user experience strategies to improve engagement, usability, and overall customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

• Market Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user testing, analytics, and surveys, to inform design and product decisions.

• Performance Monitoring: Guide and mentor UX/UI designers, ensuring high-quality, user-centered design outputs.

• Training & Development: Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to align UX initiatives with business objectives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish UX metrics, KPIs, and analytics to measure the effectiveness of design strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field. An advanced degree or UX certifications are a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in UX strategy or design leadership roles, with experience in AI-driven products or analytics being highly desirable.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of UX design tools, AI-driven analytics, and modern design frameworks.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret user data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting design strategies to stakeholders.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to completion.
