Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior UX Designer to shape user experiences across our AI-driven platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine design expertise with strategic thinking to elevate usability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Conduct research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.

• Market Analysis: Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows that improve user engagement.

• Performance Monitoring: Partner with UI designers, product managers, and developers to deliver cohesive and consistent experiences.

• Training & Development: Organize complex systems into intuitive structures that simplify user navigation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure all designs are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field. A Master’s is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design projects.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

• Analytical Skills: Hands-on experience with user testing, persona development, and data-driven design decisions.

• Communication Skills: Strong storytelling skills to present design decisions to stakeholders.

• Leadership: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
