Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Strategist to lead the design, development, and implementation of ML-driven solutions across our business. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise in machine learning and strategic thinking, with a focus on applying ML models to solve complex business challenges and unlock new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful ML projects and aligning them with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• ML Strategy Development: Design and implement machine learning strategies that support business objectives and drive innovation.

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Build, train, and optimize ML models using large and diverse datasets to generate actionable insights.

• Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI frameworks, and tools, integrating best practices into solutions.

• Performance Evaluation: Define success metrics, monitor ML model performance, and refine algorithms for continuous improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into products and workflows.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning/AI is a strong plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in ML, data science, or AI-focused roles, with hands-on experience in deploying ML solutions at scale.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, deep learning, and model deployment

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and translate insights into business strategies..

• Communication Skills: Strong presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead ML initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and mentor junior team members.
