Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to spearhead our user experience initiatives and guide the design vision across products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving user-centered design while mentoring a team of designers. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, research-driven insights, and technical collaboration to deliver experiences that delight and empower our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Define and drive the overall UX strategy and vision across all digital products.

• Market Analysis: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of UX and UI designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.

• Performance Monitoring: Oversee user research, usability testing, and customer feedback to guide design decisions.

• Training & Development: Create and validate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance usability with innovation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to align design goals with business and technical objectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in UX design with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong portfolio showcasing impactful product designs, from research to final implementation.

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch..

• Communication Skills: Deep knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and design validation.

• Leadership: Proven track record of managing and mentoring design teams.
