Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable applications that power our AI-driven solutions. This role requires expertise across both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into reliable, high-performance software. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong passion for building products that drive impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Design, develop, and maintain web applications across the full stack (front-end and back-end).

• Market Analysis: Contribute to scalable system design, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

• Performance Monitoring:Build and optimize RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to enable seamless integration with AI tools and third-party systems.

• Training & Development: Design, query, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI applications in sales, including machine learning, data analytics, and automation tools.

• Analytical Skills: Strong debugging, optimization, and analytical skills.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels.

• Leadership: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams.
